A deeply relaxing and nourishing workshop suitable for all levels. We use a large selection of props including blocks, bolsters, cushions and blankets, to allow us to hold each posture for an extended period. This practice helps us to reduce stress and come to a state of deep relaxation. option to stay for a cuppa and a chat after the workshop.
