
A bit about me
I am a Yoga teacher who likes nature, music and connecting with people, I also like to run a little.
Through yoga, I am increasing my mobility, strength, flexibility, and awareness of my body. Perhaps more importantly, it gives me permission and a structured window in the day to pause, breathe and just take a moment in a chaotic world.

I discovered yoga while pregnant with my first child, and over the past 14 years, it has been an ongoing companion and solace. As a mother of three, in 2020, I decided to delve into teacher training - excited to communicate and share what it can offer to both young and old.

As a teacher, yoga practice and mindfulness have provided me with more than I could have ever imagined and continues to lead me on a journey of self-discovery and learning.
